I wanted to share some books that I’ve read that have inspired and informed me in really pertinent ways! 1. The Power of Now; a Guide to Spiritual Enlightenment by Eckhart Tolle This book highlights how identifying with rigid identities (built from our thought processes and experiences as individuals) can lead to unnecessary emotional suffering. Exploring Mindfulness

Mindfulness is something I’ve been thinking about and practicing over the past couple years in one form or another. Over time and where I’m at now, it has become a more tangible and definable state of being. Life in Flow

I have recently been introduced to the concept of flow, created by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi. (No, this is not about just ‘going with the flow’ of life.)
